We are approximately 15 minutes from midtown Atlanta, just off I-75 North at the Windy Hill Road exit. The 12-story headquarters building on our beautiful corporate campus accommodates approximately 800 associates.

From Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport:

Travel Time: 34 minutes
Distance: 23.1 miles

1. Start out going SOUTH on TERMINAL RETURN RD by turning right.
2. TERMINAL RETURNS RD becomes ramp.
3. Merge onto AIRPORT BLVD.
4. Turn RIGHT onto RIVERDALE RD/GA-189.
5. Stay straight to go onto RIVERDALE RD.
6. Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto HERSCHEL RD.
7. Turn LEFT onto CAMP CREEK PKWY.
8. Take the I-285 NORTH ramp.
9. Merge onto I-285 N.
10. Take the US-41/COBB PKWY exit.
11. Turn LEFT onto COBB PKWY SE/US-41.
12. Turn RIGHT onto WHITLEY RD SE.
13. Turn RIGHT onto WINDY RIDGE PKWY SE.
14. Turn LEFT onto INTERSTATE NORTH CIRCLE.
15. Turn RIGHT at the Assurant sign and proceed to parking deck.

From Midtown Atlanta:

From the intersection of Peachtree Road and International Boulevard:

1. Go NORTHWEST on PEACHTREE ST towards Harris ST NE.
2. Turn LEFT onto W. PEACHTREE ST NW.
3. Turn LEFT onto LINDEN AVE.
4. Take the I-85 NORTH / I-75 NORTH ramp.
5. Merge onto I-75/I-85 N.
6. Take I-75N towards MARIETTA/CHATTANOOGA (right 3 lanes).
7. Pass the exits for the I-285 LOOP.
8. The next exit will be WINDY HILL.
9. Take the WINDY HILL exit and proceed through tunnel.
10. Stay in the right lane and exit onto INTERSTATE NORTH PARKWAY.
11. Turn LEFT onto INTERSTATE NORTH CIRCLE.
12. Turn LEFT at the Assurant sign and proceed to parking deck.

The Miami corporate campus is located in southern Miami-Dade County, about 30 minutes south of downtown Miami. The original building in the company's 80-acre office park was completed in 1984. A hurricane-resistant Technology Center was added in 1994.

From the North:

Via Florida Turnpike Extension

1. Exit 13 - Eureka/Quail Roost Drive. (S.W. 186 St.)
2. At the end of exit lane, the first traffic light is at Eureka Drive. Continue straight across this intersection to the next light at Quail Roost Drive.
3. Turn RIGHT on Quail Roost, continuing a short distance to the light at S.W. 113 Ave / American Bankers Way, Turn LEFT at S.W. 113 Ave / American Bankers Way and proceed to visitors gate.
4. Press intercom button at Visitors Gate to request access. When admitted, follow the signs to Visitor Parking.

From U.S. 1

1. Turn RIGHT onto Quail Roost Drive.
2. Turn LEFT at the first traffic light after the Turnpike Extension (S.W. 113 Ave./ American Bankers Way).
3. Press intercom button at Visitors Gate to request access. When admitted, follow the signs to Visitor Parking.

From the South:

Via Florida Turnpike Extension

1. Exit the Florida Turnpike Extension exit 13 at Quail Roost Drive, S.W. 196th Street.
2. Turn LEFT and continue to the traffic light at S.W. 113th Avenue/American Bankers Way (just after the Turnpike overpass).
3. Turn LEFT at S.W. 113th Ave/American Bankers Way and proceed to the Visitors Gate.
4. Press intercom button at Visitors Gate to request access. When admitted, follow the signs to Visitor Parking.

From U.S. 1

1. Turn LEFT at Caribbean Blvd. to the first traffic light at S.W. 110th Court.
2. Turn RIGHT at S.W. 110th Court and proceed to S.W. 196th Street.
3. Turn RIGHT at S.W. 196th St. and continue to American Bankers' south entrance.
4. Turn LEFT at the entrance. Press intercom button at Visitors Gate to request access. When admitted, follow the signs to Visitor Parking.

Vanpools are operated for the convenience of Broward County employees. Reserved parking is available for employees who carpool until 9 a.m. Reserved parking for visitors. All parking is free. The buildings, parking areas and grounds are monitored 24/7.
